GT40 Rear Camera Kit

Introducing the only OEM quality rear view camera solution for Superformance GT40 owners!
 
Downforce Motorsports is proud to say we have fixed the rear view mirror visability issues that plague GT40 drivers both on the road and on track. We have sourced components from OE suppliers to bring GT40 owners the only rear view camera that provides new-car quality imaging and reliability, now you can see everything behind you at the flip of a switch under all conditions.
 
We have tested this extensively on our Number 98 GT40 race car and it has absolutely changed the driving experience. We have driven around town, in the countryside, and also on-track in competitive racing!
 
Included in the kit:
- Rear Camera
- Rear Camera mount that replaces GT40 roof vent plate (no cutting your roof up!)
- Rear view mirror with full width video screen
- Wiring harness
- Installation instructions
 
Camera pod shown installed on the red GT40 in images is the pre-production test unit, final pod is the molded unit shown in the gallery, unfinished in white.
 
As all GT40 vent plates have slightly varied mounting holes this will REQUIRE fitting, finishing, and paint-matching by a professional body shop for OE quality results.
